Managing Apps Question

I have been using Airdroid for the first time today with Samsung Galaxy S4. Very nice. Being a "noob" I naturally have a simplistic question ...

I want to use Airdroid for Application management. There are two categories: User and System.

When I open the System or User Apps tab only a small fraction of those apps is displayed and, furthermore, there is no way to delete any of the System apps. There's a trash-can icon for them but it's grayed out. Using the phone you can do a lot more such as disable System Apps plus all apps are visible.

Is this normal or have I missed some option?

Best wishes,
jh

Hi JHzlwd,
Thanks for your feedback.

Would you please uninstall AirDroid, re-install and try again?

And only rooted devices can delete the system app.
