Premium features gone after reinstalling

In another thread, you suggested I reinstall Airdroid to address a problem with the Apps list not showing fully.
I did this and it fixed the problem but I have now lost my premium features. How do I get them back, please?

Would you please check if you have signed in with that AirDroid account?

If you do sign in with that premium account, but you don't get the corresponding Premium service, please PM me your AirDroid account. I'll check it for you asap.

I can't find any payment history on the AirDroid account you sent to me.

Can you please tell me the PayPal account that you used to purchase the premium service?
