no messages in message window

i'm using windows 8, Galaxy s4 and Pale Moon browser. the message window stays blank when i click the message icon.

AirDroid may not be well supported in Pale Moon browser.

Can you please try other browsers? Chrome, Firefox, Safari are the most recommended.
