Really sorry about the late reply.
1. If your device and computer are connected to the same network, you can try web.airdroid.com and the IP address displayed on AirDroid app. These are the two major choices.
If you don't have the access to network, you may check the guide here:

2. As to the port issue, we've checked this and find it will happen when you turn on HTTPS connection in Lite Mode in Settings. If you turn off HTTPS connection, the issue you mentioned won't happen. However, you can use AirDroid normally with the "+2" IP address.
I've passed this to the developers and will try to fix this in future updates : )

Usually clear the cache and refresh the page will help in this case. But I believe you've tried this.
