track stolen phone

can i track a phone that is on my account if it has'nt been added on my airdroid account? if so..how do i do it? thanks!

If your phone is not added to your AirDroid account, sorry, it can't be tracked.

If your phone is added to your AirDroid account, and you have turned Find Phone on, and what's more, your phone is connected to the network, and then you can track your phone.

You can sign in to web.airdroid.com? Is there any error message? Did you sign in to AirDroid account and turn on Find Phone on your device before?
