Hi, new convert coming over from DeskSMS and will go premium once this is solved for me. I'm running a Note 4, using the web client. When I receive new messages, they appear on the left hand side, but don't show up in the conversation box until I hit refresh. If this normal? If so, is there any way to make it automatically populate on the right without hitting refresh?
