"Please sign in again for account security"??

Good morning,
I am trying to log in remotely and having this issue pop up when i enter my password. Started this morning as I logged in remotely about 13 hours ago with no issue

Using web.airdroid.com/2.1.0

There is no error code number and repeated attempts to log in are met with the same pop even though I am "logging in again" as asked.

Any help would be greaty appreciated

I'm also having the same problem. It just keeps asking and asking and asking and I'm unable to log in. I can't update either bc my phone's digitizer is broken and I dont have an otg cable to use a mouse.

Did you install AirDroid 2.1.0 on your device and use web.airdroid.com/2.1.0?


We've tested on our side, and have checked the code, seems everything is correct. Would you please sign in again to see if the issue still remains? Thanks!

Morning,
This issue seems to be gone now, but I didn't do anything to fix it. Just signed in again after not signing in for a a day or two.

Will update thread if issues arises again

Sorry for the late reply.

You got this error message all the time when you try to sign in to web.airdroid.com? Or when you try to reconnect after the connection dropped?
