Airdroid unable to connect my phone : Proxy Issue

Hi ,

I am trying to connect my phone with web.airdriod.com but connectivity not going through.

May be Its proxy server issue which is not allowing the connectivity.

While connecting through Desktop client >> Authentication failed due to -26860

Any idea?

Hi would you please connect from web without proxy to give ti a try?
As for failure to log in, would you please try it again? If it still not working, please contact support@airdroid.com, tell us the error message and we will send you a new package to use
