Message window not poping up

Hey AirDroid team,

I'm having one problem with it: some of my contacts won't open. As I click on them the message window just doesn't popup. Any advice?

I have the same issue.
Browser: IE8, Firefox 8.0.1, Chrome 15.0
Desktop OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Android device: HTC Desire S
Android OS version: 2.3.5

Same issue - instead of the message window popping up, you get a icon in the window footer (like a Windows OS minimized window). Clicking on the icon does nothing.

Same thing here, all browsers fully up to date. OS is Windows 7, also fully up to date. Only some messages don't open and sometimes the time stamps in the conversation are wrong causing replies to be seen in improper order.

As lplatz said you only get an icon on the "task bar"...if you click several times on the contact with the issue you end up with a bunch of icons on the bar.

I tried adding/removing the contact to my favorites (start it) and adding/remove a + sing before the country code but non of it helps.

So far I'm loving this app...

I don't see any unnecessary syntax in my listed contacts (new forum topic there also).

The order in which I have encountered this issue. I open messages by clicking the "Messages" icon.
This opens the Messages window.
I click on contact I'd like to text


Instead of the text message window opening up, I get the open window notification icon in the footer of AirDroid window.


Even w/these issues, this app is one of the best; most useful on the market.

Seems to be on the device side... Lets hope the fix is in the next update.

same here, although I just noticed it with a single contact on a consistent basis. The contact is all uppercase and only first name without a last.
I went as far as renaming the contact but no joy.
