request phone create channel: timeout

Dear Airdroid,

I try to remotely backup some photos from a user in Belgium (tablet with Android 5.0.1), while I am situated in the Netherlands. (chrome, airdroid web)
At this moment I get a constant error: "request phone create channel: timeout"

What does this mean, and how can I solve this, in order to download the correct files?

Hi, It seems Backup feature is only available on AirDroid PC client for now, and AirDroid web version doesn't have this. To avoid confusion, would you please send us a screenshot of that error msg? THX!
