Not able to see photos in sent mms

When i send sms with airdroid web, and attach a photo, I am not able to see the photo in the link provided in the reciced sms. Tried different phones, and used my pc to open the link, but the photo will not show. It worked fine some days ago, but not anymore. What is wrong?

AirDroid currently doesn't support MMS and there is no ETA that has been released for implementing this feature, as of yet.

Then it must have changed lately. It did work befor, I just added attachment, and the reciver got a link to click on. The link shows, but it will not load the picture as it used to do.
