Non-alphanumeric characters in file names

Just a couple of minor bugs:

Single quotes work when transferring files - the name shows correctly. However, it gets truncated when renaming and I have to explicitly specify everything after the quote to keep it when renaming.

Ampersands - truncates when transferring. I have to use "and" instead.

Haven't checked other non-alphanumeric characters yet, but it should be possible to support all the printable characters of the standard ASCII table. Thanks.

i'm using the version 1.0.4 beta of the airDroidI found a bug when i was import files to my android. A file with the character / failed every time. When i removed the / the import succeed.
