This was happening to me. Managed to get round it by unticking "Block
third-party cookies and site data" in the chrome settings for Privacy
-> Content Settings.
I can't seem to add an exception to only allow web.airdroid.com?




specialcharacter's suggestion worked for me. I turned off 3rd party cookies in about 2002, so I am EXTREMELY reluctant to open my computer up to that hornet's nest. I'm going to set up a special browser just for Airdroid and nothing else.

Yeah, I'm suddenly having troubles with my favourite app. It tries for awhile to connect and then says it failed.

I did untick the box that blocks 3rd party cookies. Not sure what's up.

I used Secure Mode and it worked.. Just click it on the right side of the login screen in your web browser

Finally in using Chrome. Was using IE9 before.

Tried all the above. Does not work. Admin keeps on asking specs for browser and device and offers no answer. App is simply not universal and works only on a limited number of devices and browsers... Dev should tell so when asked for solutions.
