I am currently having this problem to. At the connection screen on my Galaxy S it is showing the wifi network I am connected to in the upper (green) half of the screen and below it has an error message saying "Network not available. Please tap Start to config network." Pressing start just lands you back on that message.
My wifi is definitely connected and working as I am accessing the internet through it (mobile data is off). What could the problem be/what can I do?

Turn your mobile data on. Route your PC through mobile AP on your phone, not wifi or external router. Worked for me. Good Luck!
