"Select Folder" feature is not enabled

Hi There
Its my first experience with an Android device (Galaxy Note II), and the issue was that my Macbook Air 2012 (Mountain lion) couldn't connect to the device properly, so i discovered that Airdroid provides an adequate solution for this mess and it did. But i noted when trying to upload files that i cannot select multiple files or click on the "select folder" button. is there a solution for this issue. Thank You.

Since no moderators seem to have any intention of answering any of the questions on this forum, I thoguht I might help.
I had the same issue at first, but then I discovered that the website is only fully functional on Chrome. If you use IE or Safari or Firefox, some functionality might not work. Try using Chrome and your 'select folder' option should work.
