Can not connect with Push Service remotely

I have push service enabled, so no matter where my phone is, (with data on, and connected) in theory i could connect to it via web.airdroid.combut i can not connect to it.
Push Service lets you connect your phone without starting the app.
I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300

Got the same issue as well on a Galaxy S2 gt-i9100

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 as well, and the only way I can connect is via Lan. I can not connect via 3g/4g! Please let us know if this is a bug!

I'm having the same problem with my Razr Maxx HD. I cannot connect even on the same network, let alone the mobile network, and my Push Services are on.

I have the same problem with my Nexus 4. The Airdroid webpage on PC appears a pop up like this
but I did all things in this pop up and I tried it again many times
I love your service and really want to use it. Please fix this bug or contact me soon to tell me how I could solve the problem
