Unable to request for new password for existing airdroid account.Gets stuck at "Checking..."

Can anyone over @airdroid please help? geez!

how am i supposed to login if password reset aint responding? signing in using facebook or google+ don't help as it still wants to me login using airdroid account password when i attempt to use any functions.

Please help me reset password or remove my account so I can re-register myself.

Same here. The recovery form gets stuck on checking the address. Refreshing/retrying doesn't help.

I've forgotten my password but can't retrieve it. Just as everyone has indicated it get's stuck checking my email address. Can someone email me a password reset? I like the idea of this app but can't use it if it has bugs.
