Unable to request for new password.

ahhhh it wont let me reset my password at all either, gets stuck at connecting, and i want to use my same email but says account is already used under that email!!!!

Same problem here. I don't know my AirDroid password, so I can't login to find the location of my phone!

In most cases, it might be temporary server issue. You can refresh your browser and try again later.

The problem still kinda persists, as I still find no option to get the password reset for the old account with Airdroid.

But after a few updates that followed for the app, I haven't seen any need for the airdroid specific account.

Im now able to sign in using the QR code/g+/fb.
Sometimes it takes a bit to detect and connect to the device, but that's okay.

But seriously, despite being a product forum there's hardly any message from the admin/mods acknowledging us that our concerns are being worked or why it won't work, which just adds to the frustration and anger.
