Screen management like I Phone

Hi All,
Does anyone know of software that I could use to sort out my Phones screen, I had an I phone previously and it was so easy with the ITunes where you drag and drop the apps where you want them. every time i try on my phone i tend to put it everywhere where i do not want it and end up messing-up screens that were just the way i wanted then.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
