Second Workspace

Hello,
This may be stupid but someone please help. I just upgraded my phone and was hoping to use Airdroid to transfer some files. I was playing around with the app and couldn't seem to get it right so I right clicked on messages and sent it to a second workspace...How do I get it back or get to the second workspace??

With the latest version, you may find the icon on the Dashboard. Click the icon that looks like a speedometer.
