cant see GS4 ACTUAL sd-card

I keep getting a message saying



it appears that airdroid doen't see / have access to the ACTUAL SD card which is quite empty

Same issue with on my PC does not recognize the actual size of storage on my phone.

Same issue here. I see 2 storage meters in AirDroid but both seem to show the internal storage on my GS4, not the ExtSD
