I have two devices. One will not connect (Samsung Prime, android 4.4.4, older version of airdroid app). The second (Samsung Prime, Android 5.1.2, current version of airdroid qpp) will not connect unless I connect windows desktop to airdroid.com and then go to the app on the phone, access the app, and then exit to the phone home. If the phone restarts, it will no longer connect. What can I do?
