Unable to Authorize Device

I just bought the app (annual) and I can't get my device authorized to use AirMirror. : / I'm connected to my computer via USB, and it identified my specific phone. But when I click device authorization, I get "No compatible devices found." It's a Samsung S7 and now I'm reading it may not be compatible? If so, I'll need a refund.

If it is compatible, please advise how I can get this work. Thank you.
