Hi Airdroid team,
I've been searching for solution to this issue but have no success.
Basically, I have installed the free Airdroid version on two devices, and could remote to both of them ok. However, after 2-3 weeks of usage, one device keeps being removed from my Airdroid account without any warning. When I open the Airdroid app on the 'bad' device, I got a error message along the line of the device has been un-registered.
I tried to add the 'bad' device to Airdroid but it is removed again after 2-3 weeks. This is quite an inconvenience because the 'bad' device is with our customer and remote desktop is needed to debug another app on it.
FYI, the 'good' device running the internal WiFi network is never removed from the Airdroid list. It cannot be sent to the customer because it is not the intended hardware. Both devices are development boards running Android on them.
I'm wondering if this is to do with device running within a local network and remote desktop via the Internet.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks,
