New to Airdroid need help

Assuming you're still having difficulties saving your contacts to your laptop, I have a work around for the time being. Go into Contacts, select "More" in the top right, then "Share" and "vCard". Choose all the contacts you'd like save then click "Share" in the top right. At this point, it'll prompt you on how you'd like to share this vCard file, I would suggest sending it via email from which ever client you use for your email. Once you've sent the vCard, you should be able to open the email on your laptop and save it on your laptop.
