Android Virtualization

I don't know if this is possible but it would be awesome if you could run the entire phone through the browser. i.e. see the phones screen and use the mouse/keyboard to control everything as if you had the phone in front of you. Effectively be able to run the app on the phone (like games, IM's etc) but instead of the picture being displayed on the phone you see it in a window.
More of a dream than anything else, but i thought i would put it out there
