Root Support

I browsed thru the topics and didn't see this listed.
In file view, you're allowed access to sdcard only, which is very crippling to a rooted device.
Maybe an option to add root support in the settings. Just an idea, would be helpful for some.
Other than that, very nice work so far. I'm excited for the development.

This would be a great idea...Make it a setting so those without root don't have it enabled

This would allow ext support...
And then you can add:
-over/underclocking
-moving apps to ext
-terminal
-backing up apps (with data and all)
-much more cool stuff

I support the idea -- I have a rooted Nook Tablet, but cannot save files to a directory I created in /data, for example.

+1, overclocking and undervolting seems kind of unecessary though.

over/underclocking is a bit much. Even rooted devices need a modified kernel to support this.

The primary feature I would like to see is moving or deleting of the "System" apps. I like to move the stock bloatware apps (Blockbuster for example) to a "special" folder on my SD card. I never completely delete them.

+1 for this. With Honeycomb, even stock installations don't always have the SD card mounted at /sdcard (I know the Thrive doesn't), and apps that just go to the default SD location won't see my card, which is much larger than the built-in flash.
