Accessing system settings (settings.db) through airdroid?

Hi forum, I'm using airdroid on a few kiosks I have running around the country and I need to edit something in the Android (4.2.2) system settings and have no physical access to the device (other then connecting on Airdroid). Do you know if there's a file I can edit to change a setting on the device?
Airdroid connects and works well but I need a bit deeper access. Any info you have would be great!
