Different notifications from same source in different popups?

Currently, different notifications from the same source show up in the same popup on the desktop. That is, the earlier notification from the same source gets overwritten by the new notification in the same popup. This happens for Twitter / Email and maybe for other apps too. For Twitter, when the new notification over-rides the earlier one, we lose the chance of dismissing the earlier notification from the phone and also lose out on replying, retweeting or liking the earlier tweet notification. For Email, when the new notification (listing two or more emails) overrides the earlier single email notification, we lose the option of replying to the earlier single email. Is there an option to let users see different notifications from same source in different popups? It will help if we don't want to immediately reply to notifications from our pc, but want to reply to them a few minutes later (right now we have to reply immediately or the notification will be over-written by a new one).
