I sent an email to the team biz@airdroid.com, I paid for 1 year and the support did not bother to give me satisfaction.

My problem is the keyboard AirMirror AirIME, I want to permanently disable forever it, I want it to be placed an option on the site for allowing only use the mouse, I know the option to disabled the AirIME however, every time you open AirMirror I I have to disabled it and it so bad, I want you to stay off forever, the situation is that the screen capture option does not work on Android 4.4.4 with the root or without, and AirMirror works, and want to know and see what is done with my phone without my permission, but can not see any thing related to AirDroid.
