I'm not sure if this is even within the capabilities of the app, but one feature I'd love to see is the ability to customize the layout of the connected device via the Airdroid interface.
For example, being able to place apps from the drawer on different home screens, move and organize apps into folders, generally just create a PC interface for customizing the layout of the home screens on your device.
