Are there any plans for a version which you need to install? Accessing from my start button or desktop means less clicks

Why don't you put a shortcut in your start menu that goes to the web url? You can set a static port in the configuration.

I agree with ReAn - one of the best parts I like about this app is that it doesn't require a local installation on your computer, which makes the Registry less messy and contributes to the slow-down of computers. You can simply add a shortcut to the webpage using modern browsers, such as Chrome.
