AirDroid SMS Name Incorrectquestion

Using Samsung Note Edge (Verizon) and MacBook. Both running latest version of AirDroid and OS. When I receive messages in AirDroid3 on Mac, the name is incorrect. Shows sender on phone as 40404 and AirDroid3 shows my daughters name, which is wrong. This is a consistent issue. Any suggestions?
