How do I copy a folder from my phone to my macbook?question

Hello,
Please help. I activated the bonus, which tells me that I can copy a folder rather than just individual files, but I can't figure out how. Do I use the desktop program, the phone app, or the web browser? From the web browser I can see my folders, but I can't figure out how to copy one to my computer.

Hi @curlyhart, on web.airdroid.com, select one or more files you want to download and click Download on the upper right corner, the files will be downloaded from the Android devices to the computer (saved in a zipped file if you select more than one file).
