File management all messed upquestion

Hi Good People,

#1 I have some SmartVoice Recorder files that I can find on my phone but cannot locate on my Mac using AirDroid Web. They're in a folder on my phone under AirDroid > Files > Large Files. How can I download them to my computer?

#2 I think that when using AirDroid Web I put my SD card folder multiple times inside my principal SD card folder .... because now I see multiple hierarchies of the exact same files inside the SD card folder. See attached screenshot. I don't have any idea whether my file hierarchy should look this way; whether I did in fact make the hierarchy repeat itself; or if I should be trying to fix something I did wrong.

Whatever else happens, I want to make sure I don't lose those recording files that I can access on my phone but cannot view using AirDroid Web.

Hi Kimiwei,no worries, we will do everything we can to help you work it out.

First of all,could you please check if those recording files are invisible in File feature?
Second, if the answer is yes for the above question,could you please check if they are available on Music/Ringtone features?
Third,it would be helpful if you could tell us the following info:

1. Phone model , Android OS version, AirDroid version;
2. Browser name and version;
3. Computer operating system name and version.
