How to unlock cellphone when the screen touchpad is brokenquestion

Hi,

My screen touch pad is broken, so I cannot unlock it or connect to computer with any software. My phone does not support otg as well. I am hoping to use AirDroid to control the phone.
I do have my cellphone connected to an AirDroid account, but when logging in, it requires me to unlock the cellphone first. There is a way to use web ip to access, but I don't know the ip address either. Is there any other suggestions I can try, please?
