fail to load folder /sdcard/

I have no problem with airdroid all the while and suddenly today it show an error “fail to load folder /sdcard/” but the external sd is fine, i cant access the internal storage using airdroid, please help

I dont know why it suddenly cannot access the internal storage, have using airdriod for years and no problem except this time, i tried clear cache/data, uninstall and install again multiple time but problem still exist, pls help. TQ
