Windows App Is Not Responding

I am running my PC with an operation system of Windows 7.
The Windows version is not responding, I reinstalled it several times, yet, not working as attached below, I can not even select the settings tab:

SD Card/Android/data/com.sand.airdroid/files/
SD card/Android/data/com.sand.airdroid/files/main.log

If this issue showed up on Apr 8, then please forward files named by 2018408 to us.

You can send the log file to our official mailbox(support@airdroid.com).

1. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\logs” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.
2. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\exception” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.
