Copying but not pasting to PC

I'm really liking this airdroid as my HTC isn't currently allowing me to transfer or even see my phone's entries online.
Problem I have is that when I drag and drop it only drags but when dropping it doesn't seem to go anywhere.

Please can anyone assist me?

And please tell us what web browser are you using, your device model, OS of your PC.
