After downloading/ exporting songs from my phone using Airdroid, I cannot open them in iTunes or any other program on my (Mac) computer. When I try to double click the files they all say I do not have permission to open it. When I check the permissions of the files it always says "Read & Write (Dropbox)" and is unchangeable.

Thanks for your feedback. We've tried this but not similar situation happen on our side. Would you please tell us what version of Mac are you using? And would you please send us some files so that we can do test with the files you sent? Is there any special characters in the files name?
