bonus feature not working

i am now a bonus user, as confirmed by both the app and the web site on my pc.
yet i still get the "cannot exceed 10MB" when i try to transfer files.
i have signed in and out of the account both in the app and the pc.
i am using a remote (non wifi) connection.

anyone knows how i can solve this?

dora, this is the message you sent me:
"Sorry as I checked, remote connection on web.airdroid.com cannot exceed
10MB. If you can't use local connection, you can download AirDroid
desktop client from airdroid.com. It allows you to transfer a file
within 200MB. "

however, according to what i saw, bonus feature should allow me to transfer files over 10mb, see attached screenshot.
