I have about 340 apps installed on my galaxy nexus android 4.3 and about 25 "running" apps.Airdroid lists 69 user apps plus 14 system.
The only rhyme or reason for inclusion vs exclusion seems to be that the included apps have an installation date between 3/13 and 3/23; i.e. they have been installed or updated in the last two weeks.
reloading the list doesn't help.
