Connection with computer without connecting to the same networkquestion

Hi,

Recently after upgrading I realized that is missing an important 

function -  to connect wireless without the need of a network. 

Before it was possible, now not.

I travel a lot and I found that I can not connect if I am connected 

to hotel, airport or other free WiFi hotspots. It redirects me to 

log on at the app website and then I have a limit of 10Mb / 

transfer for free and 100Mb for the paid version. Sometimes I am 

traveling I do not have any wifi or internet I would like to be 

able to connect the phone to the computer for file transfers. 

Also even though my Sony Z3 is runnning 5.0 still does not allow me to write on the SD card. 

Before the app allowed you to create a local network, remeber I do...

As to manage files in external SD card, sorry that this issue remians on Android 4.4+. We don't have a solution for this now
