Problem connecting with my devicequestion

hi there ... i got SAMSUNG GT-I9300
i'm having problem connecting it on web.
message appers  " only rooted or certified devices are supported "
what should i do ...
help me plz ..

This error message appears on AirMirror of AirDroid Win/Mac, not web. 

If your device is rooted and running Android 4.0 +, you can try AirMirror. 

But if it fails after many attempts then your device is not supported. Please kindly wait as we are improving it. Thanks.
