I am a new user and signed up to X-fer my music files on my phone - Galaxy 5S. But when I open Airdroid it doesn't show me a tranfer icon and doesn't let me move the files. What's wrong?

More details of the issue? Using web.airdroid.com or AirDroid Win/Ma? Where would you like to transfer files to? Can you attach some screenshots to help us better understand it? Thanks.
