Request: Portable version of the windows companion appquestion

I would love to use the windows app at work, but, the IT gods will not allow it to be installed on my workstation. I've found portable versions of other applications to help with this (Xmouse, spotify.....). Would it be possible to get a portable version of the program that either installs without needing administrator privileges, or a standalone .exe file that will just run without being installed?

Because I can't use USB modem (windows 10 crashes because of drivers and I can't install another driver for adb), also can't use WIFI spot (because I need lan connection and in this mode I don't have ip for wifi), and I can't install desktop version because of in this case I need admin privileges.
Maybe exist another way? for connecting without admin privileges.
