So i have a problem as long as the phone is on some sort of wifi i can connect without a problem but once i try connecting without wifi i cant. I got this app to find my phone if lost how can i do that if i cant connect over 3g/4g? Im running the app on samsung galaxy s6 and galaxy prime.

You mean you got Failed to connect error message on web.airdroid.com? You never connect to AirDroid web successfully?
