Contacts don't display on Airdriod Webquestion

I access my phone via Airdriod Web using firefox verion 39.0

When I open my contacts on the PC .... the window opens but never displays the contacts and its status is Loading

I have a Nexus5 running Andriod 5.1.1

Any idea's ho to fix this
