Airmirror throught different Network

Hello,
We want to use AirMirror in order to do a remote support on an Android tablet.
In local network there's no problem. When the computer and the android tablet is not on the same network, we only can transfert file, the AirMirror said that there's a network problem.

We have readed on a web site that we have to create a specific account to do a remote support through different network.
Have we take a premium account to solve the problem ?

No, you don't need to pay for using AirMirror under Remote Connection.

AirMirror never worked when your tablet and computer are on different network? Can you attach the logs and exceptions to help us troubleshoot? Thanks!

Win:
Right click on AirDroid icon > select open file location > logs and exception.
Mac:
Create a file named log.dll in application support/airdroid/ Open AirDroid and log in. And then Click Finder > click Go > Press Alt until Library shows > Click Library > Application Support > AirDroid
Phone:
/sdcard/android/data/com.sand.airdroid/files > AirMirror.log and Remoteinput.log
