Can't send mp4 video to my desktopquestion

I have a Windows Vista Home Basic system. I am trying to transfer an mp4 video to my computer but I keep getting the message "Failed." Can anyone help me with this? By the way, where does Airdroid send the video when it transfers? Thank you. Judy Kunz

Hi, you tried to send video from phone to AirDroid Win/Mac? Can you tell me the connection mode?

The path should be something like this: C:\Users\admin\Documents\AirDroid\PublicStaging

And you can also try to get the video via AirDroid Web > Video
